1. Digital Goods & Zero Refund Policy
IdeasDock sells instantly downloadable digital assets, knowledge, and intellectual property. Because the value of our products is in the information itself, all sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once the digital asset (e.g., Notion link, PDF, or HTML file) has been delivered.
- By completing your purchase, you explicitly waive your right to a cooling-off period, as the digital content is provided immediately.
2. The Standard Tier (Non-Exclusive License)
When you purchase an idea at the Standard Tier (e.g., €29), you are purchasing a non-exclusive, educational, and commercial execution license.
- What you CAN do: You can use the blueprint, research, and strategy to build the business, code the app, or execute the marketing campaign for your own commercial gain.
- What you CANNOT do: You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the blueprint document itself. You are buying the right to execute the idea, not the right to become a competitor selling our documents.
3. The Exclusive Tier (IP Buyout)
When you purchase an idea at the Exclusive Tier (e.g., €299), you are purchasing the exclusive commercial rights to the specific IP package provided.
- Our Obligation: Upon confirmed payment, IdeasDock guarantees to permanently remove the purchased asset from our active marketplace within 24 hours. A "SOLD OUT" indicator will be placed on the listing to prove its removal from the public market.
- Transfer of Assets: You will receive a master copy of the blueprint and any associated assets.
- Limitation: Buying an Exclusive idea does not guarantee that someone else in the world hasn't independently thought of a similar concept. It guarantees that IdeasDock will never sell this specific research, branding, and blueprint package to anyone else again.
4. The "Crash Test" Service
- You retain all ownership of your idea. IdeasDock will not steal, build, or resell the ideas you submit for review.
- Our feedback is brutal, honest, and strictly for educational/strategic purposes. You are paying for an expert audit, not a guarantee of success.
5. Disclaimer of Guarantees
Ideas are just the starting line; execution is everything. IdeasDock provides high-quality blueprints, validated research, and strategic frameworks. However, we do not guarantee revenue, user acquisition, or business success.
